There's a whole site behind him. Sadly he's dead now, he was called Oolong and the owner (Japanese) used to balance things on his head and photograph it. There are hundreds of photos of Oolong with different objects balanced on his head.

He has a new bunny now called Yuebing but he's not so good at balancing
