iPod Micro? You mean the iPod Shuttle?

The nano does scratch easily. So if you're the type of person who treats their electronics badly, by tossing them in your bookbag or having them share your pocket with your keys and hunting knife, then the the screen might not look that great in a couple of months. I already have a scratch that distorts the screen a bit, and I've had mine for about 3 weeks now.

They could have done a better job with the icon on the top of their page. It looks like a nazi symbol is planted on the screen.

# There is a swastika in your logo, you god damn nazi!
Its pure coincidental, and what you see is actually a peace symbol, since its backwards

Oh, that's the iPod Mini, at least that's what it's call here in fat yank land.

If you abuse your electronic mechandise than I'd hold off a couple weeks. Scratching does seem to affect the unit moreso than other iPods, so if it becomes a big enough issue I would think Apple would come up with a better plastic to use.

It's not 'treating them badly', it's called using them

The nano looks great, are the screen issues cleared up with the models Apple has in stock. How long do we have to wait before no more of the shitty screened nanos are in circulation?

interesting. i know the one that comes with the nano is 5.0 most likely and the newest iTunes update is 5.0.1

riddla wrote:yeah, came with 5.0 but 4.9 and higher work with the nano. I had no problems installing at all, and the new 5.01 is nice for the limited use I give it. I still rip everything with audiograbber and then use tag & rename to get all the possible tag info and cover art.
i don't use mine for my iPod either, only for listening/subscribing to podcasts since the stand-alone feeders are junk for the windows environment.
