What would you do?

So I'm attracted to this girl who just got out of an 8 month relationship with an aquaintance of mine. I don't really like the guy that much but his ex gf is cute, smart and funny. Unfortunately she's Bi.
Now I know what you guys must be thinking. Bi? How's that a bad thing? Well here's how. We've already slept together a few times now and one of those times was with a friend of hers too. She's a little younger only 22 and because she just got done a relationship she's not really looking for another one and is more interested in experimentation, primarily with women I suspect.
So, I've told her how I feel about her and that I'm even open to the idea of her being bi and I don't mind the threesomes but I'm worried she's going behind my back and basicly having sex with that girl. As sexy as that sounds it does make me kinda jealous. Neither girl is ugly, both are in their early 20's and cute and instinctively I know neither is going to be with one another for life. This is an experimentation phaze for both of them. Of course I can't be 100% on that but this is just my gut feeling, and my gut feelings have always been pretty acurate.
So... I might lose out on a girl I really like to another girl because she's bi and kinda discovering that side of her or whatever. We aren't in a serious enough relationship where I could put my foot down and say no she can't have sex with her without me present without sounding too attatched this early in the game.
