Is it any good? Or should i dig for my SNES and play some Super Metroid instead?

It was ok. No Chrono Trigger, but still a decent game.

It's alright. Some of the music is nice. No random battles unlike so many other Japanese RPGs. The battle system sucks though and really got on my nerves after a while.
If you like Super Metroid, play Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for PSX. You've already tried/played FF7-9 I assume?

i played all FF titles except 1-3 (the NES ones) 
well... i'll give it a try. if the battlesystem sux, i might just skip it.

go back and play Secret of Mana with 2 other friends.... good stuff.

yeah... these were good times. to bad the tiger is the only hard boss in the game.
