I reckon the intro to Lost was done in Q3

Well probably not, but if you look at the intro to episodes of Lost, where the word 'LOST' floats into focus from blackness, you can see the edges of the letters break at the seams at a certain point, like badly done curves do in Q3 (Q3DM6 near the ammo pillars).

Hurrah for HDTV.

I think many 3d programs have that problem.

Anyone notice in episode 15 the bird Charlie is scamming says her dad is 'off buying a paper merchants in Slough'?

The Office was based in a paper merchants in Slough. This amused me. I also like eating chalk¿

Thats intriguing. Did anyone notice Hurley on TV getting into a police car at a certain flashback, before his story was told?

Lol. I'm watching through the entire series right now and I was just about to post that in this thread.

Yeah, I noticed :D

Did you also notice that the dog Jin-Soo gives to Sun is the one given to him by the guy he was sent to kill?

Have just come past this bit and noted that too.

Am at the point where they hear 'the numbers' on the static, conveniently 16 years ago.

*rubs chin*

Really nicely done. The story has had *SO* much development time spent on it.

The lead guy in Lost has identical mannerisms to Adam Sandler.

The creators have no clue where the story is going. They make it up as they go along. They went back and re-shot parts of episodes that didn't air yet to put all that number shit and what not in to make it appear smart.

I kinda got wind of that around episode 5 or so. I think I can accept it and suspent my disbeleif.

You're right though.. I don't think they could tie up all the loose ends in this even if they ran to 100 seasons :)

They started in order to have it go for one season, but then had to extend it when they realized the popularity of the show.

So far the second season is far better than the middle-late part of season one.

where did you read that? from everything I've seen they've got everything planned right up to season six. By the end of season 2 we're supposed to know what the numbers mean and exactly why the plane crashed. Just because you can't figure out what's going on doesn't mean they're making it up as they go along.
And the title thing was just something JJ Abrams whipped up on his laptop as a place holder for the actual title. I guess it just stuck.
Yes, I'm a huge Lost fanboy.
