I have picked this up as well...and I have to say...
HOW IN THE FUCK DOES A PERSON FINISH 57% OF A GAME LIKE THAT IN 1 SITTING????

Simple. I didn't do one sitting. I said it took me a day, and I did play it quite a bit. But TBH, it IS a short game, its just to easy most of the time.
Its going back today for Revenge instead.
Oh, and remember 100 or so of the medals can be won just in crash mode alone (press square on the tour screen). Those can be done in like 2mins.

ahhh....I played while watching TV last night for a couple hours and was about 11% done. I couldn't see how you could have gotten 57% - but then I think you mentioned it took about 5.5 hours...
and yea, I have found it much easier than the console versions, especially the crashes. i have gotten a gold on my first attempt every time thus far. Still a good game though.

Oh yeah its ok, just nowhere near as fun as 3 or Revenge.
The main gripe I have is a massive obvious one; Yo ujsut cant see shit like you can on a TV. So cars just appear out of nowhere. They did try and solve it by making the car headlights HUGE, but still, you only see them when its to late
I also found the courses clipping to be quite off in places... Its like i can hit a wall at full speed and jsut bounce off, but then i can slide around a corner rail and suddenly crash
Its a good game, but I think i would rather have Revenge. Unfortunatly, limited funds point to one or the other

the clipping problem was in 3 as well. The only time i've had issues is when i've clipped on something that's actually been displayed like a phone/electrical pole, placed right next to a corner wall for some reason (??)
cars popping out of nowhere is more of a problem in this one, too. couldn't they generate the traffic aages in advance, and only draw the headlights/taillights until they are sufficiently close?
still a fun game. put less than 2 hours into it earlier and am up to about 15% (i think)
