It means killing the same carbon copy enemy over and over again untill the 0.2% change that the item you want will drop comes up in your favor.

well been playing WOW now for around 5 hours today, not a bad game little slow to start. still not 100% on if i will shell out £24.99 on the game and then £8.00 there after to play it
