ordering chinese takeaway - wanted some fruit juice - took four rounds of ..
"what do you have?"
"we only have orange, coconut and apple"
"ok I'll take orange"
"we only have orange, coconut and apple"
"er - ok I'll take apple???"
turns out all they had was "orange, coconut and apple" juice
go figure - a real life Benny Hill joke - in real life - haw!

Let me get this straight, you phone up a chinese takeaway to order some orange juice?
To me, that sounds proper lazy unless you were going to order anything else with it.
