LOL, administration wants donations for Iraq now

So now that we've spent hundreds of billions already, not to mention how much of it has been wasted -- like that billion dollars for the Iraqi military that was defrauded from the Iraqi government in an elaborate con through military purchases -- the government has the gall to ask taxpayers to give even more money, while stating the destination for it is a secret?
