Hey, just thought i'd post this on here-

teriba, an old poster from the first (few) q3ws has been diagnosed with Hodgkins. saw it on another forum, and he linked to his blog:

Got the results of the latest tests today and I'm not Stage 1 (the best) like they thought I was, I'm Stage 4 (the worst). Turns out the cancer has spread to both sides of my lymph node system and to my liver as well.

Damn, that sucks. I know we gave him a hard time a lot when he was here, but he had some great photography and seemed like a pretty decent guy. Hope he makes it through okay. :icon14:

I’m wondering why they didn’t find out what stage it was in with your first blood tests or did they need the bone marrow stuff to find that out?

It’s tough going through something like that at a young age, but hang in there you will pull through and best of luck with your treatment and ignore Freakaloin he’s a complete moron.

They needed the PET scan to find it all. They inject you with radioactive glucose and you lie in a dark room for an hour so that only the cancer eats up the glucose, then they do an hour long scan kind of like an MRI. Anything that glows is cancerous. That's what I just got the results from and it lit up all over........

I know you're obviously busy with other things, but is there any way to get prints larger than that? I'd really love some huge prints for my wall, and you have some fantastic photos. if the 20x30 is the max in terms of your MPs, then I'd obviously understand...


edit: or rather, could you just tell me how to purchase the max sized print possible from you? on the site, you only have 8x12 as the largest IIRC

Yeah. I've ordered some 24x36 prints from deviantart that kick ass. If teriba can offer some that size I would definitely buy.
