China
More like Crussia. China isn't shit, unless you're talking about man power. Their weaponry and Armies are second rate, but they're building up for the oncoming WW3. 2 million in their Army now, apparently in war time they can expand that to 5 million...

Good luck California and Mexico.
Remember China were the ones that were smart enough to steal the nuke research you morons poured countless billions into instead of doing the work themselves. They also have a population of 1.3 billion people and a communist government where the people don't get a choice in much. I'm pretty sure they can raise a hell of a lot bigger army than 5 million. That is just factoring in manpower, nevermind the economic damage they could wreack on the US by pulling their cash from the markets and stopping exports.

The US is a great country in many aspects (other than arrogance and the current administration). The thing that has been well proven though is that even the major countries of the world need to work together and that no one country is an island. Hell, just look at the Iraqi fiasco for proof the US is far from all-powerful; all that manpower and tech and they can't effectively occupy one single shattered country.

if it were just about the fact that they'll be in London, this thread would only house a few posts and be on the second page already. be happy.

of course you realize that seals aren't made for land warfare, they are nautical derrrr

we have Delta Force, Special Forces, and the Rangers to stomp anything any other nation has got.

Not saying the SAS is shit, just not the shit.
Not quite. Not saying those teams aren't good but they don't compare to the SAS, Israel's special forces, and iirc, Russia's special forces.

They're brutal, experienced, and efficient. I'm not saying they're the best but they're pretty damned good.

lol, your spanner quotient just went off the scale

let's review the mighty USA's awesome victories since WW2:

Korea - third world country, going well until the Chinese threatened to move in then you ran away

Vietnam - third world country who beat you so you resorted to atrocities and B52s and still lost

Grenada - piddling little banana republic, but hailed as a great victory

Nicaragua - the one time the US was found guilty in the World Court of state terrorism. gg dickheads

Panama - another banana republic

Iraq 1991 - weak little country with piffling firepower

Somalia - you ran away from guys with Kalashnikovs and RPGs

Serbia - more bombing of an aging commie military, cos you were afraid to get boots on the ground

Iraq 1998 - even weaker country, yet more long distance bombing

Afghanistan - the mighty Afghanistan! nuff said :dork:

Iraq 2003 - even weaker again, and you still haven't managed to 'win' two years later

ffs rep the US only attacks weak countries it can knock over in days or weeks, and is afraid to commit troops where there's a danger one of them might get his Doritos all crushed.

America's 'weakness' (saving grace, in fact) is that political support for foreign wars is so thin at home you have to select only the easiest targets. Look what happens when it drags on: Vietnam and Iraq - both resulting in massive protests even in the US.

American Empire

OK, the only one you're wrong about is Korea. I can't disagree with the rest.

'spanner quotient'
