Yep, Facebook was good for the first 4-5 years. You know when it was about connecting with people and keeping up with distant family. Its 99% toxic garbage and ads now. I only use it get news and announcements for a local neighborhood and city group and even that is petty bullshit most of the time.
People who post constantly have a serious void in their lives.

I can understand the neighborhood announcements. My local Astronomy club only communicates through Facebook. So I had my wife start following the group so she could let me know when there are viewings...
