Hah, those chinese juices hadn't been touched for months. I revisited them a few days ago to test out the new dripping atomiser. Huge difference from the evod. Still don't like them, but they were much sweeter and more vapable, with none of the harshness or chemical aftertaste I was getting. Steeping them for weeks and better coils helped. The Evods are very good, I still use mine, just fill and go. They're not as good for flavour as higher end stainless steel/glass/pressured tanks with fancy microcoils, mesh wicks or sub ohm resistances (I don't do sub ohm, bit dangerous frankly), but I've had no issues with them. You'll get 5 spare premade coil heads with the kit to replace the ones in the evods when they pop or taste bad. Once you've used them up, it's cheaper to buy kanthal wire and silica wick and coil them yourself. Bit fiddly at first but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Look up on youtube about dry burning your coil/wick. Good to do that when changing juice flavours to clean residue from the coil.SOAPboy wrote:

Heard good things.
Also drum. How do you like the Evod? I just ordered a kit myself (box mods and cartos are getting old), and am curious if you've had any issues at all with the clearmizer things. I know a lot of folks prefer the protanks or whatever over the EVOD ones for one reason or another.
And yep, I'd already ordered some triphammer a few days back, got a dozen samples coming. Not having much luck finding a flavour I like so far. I have 5 juices here from the 'Alchemists Cupboard' who also make premium 'gourmet' juices. They smell exactly like the real thing and pretty much taste like them. I'm just not sure that vaping lemon meringue pie or rhubarb crumble and custard works for me. I prefer to just eat them! The only one that I use all the time is called snake oil, which is aniseed and citrus. It's good stuff.
