Amazing how he forgets everything else i've done, and instead shows 610x480 pixels of a 2048x2048 texture that i already said i never liked anyways.

It looks all the same, white shitty outline for each crease. Photo texture and some brush work.



Learn to skin with just brush work if you want it to look good. Overlaying photo textures looks like shit.

Its called texturing dip shit, THATS WHAT YOU DO.

There is better ways to do it, I told you can draw the whole texture with a brush. But you need to be good at it. All you are doing is making some outline then slapping textures on it. All your skins are the same, it's not that bad but it's not good either.

This is mostly "brushwork" as you call it, too.



There are times when a realistic photosourced texture is needed to provide that extra mile.

I think I may spoil your bubble here, but havn't I seen that "how to" tutorial in a magazine? I was reading one the other month. Impressed me how real it looked too in the book, looked great. Was gonna pick it up but had no spare cash.

Looks fantastic sir, good going so far. The only crit i could even say is the numbers on the keys seem a tad too "PS texted", i think its because they are white like that, not sure.

How is it so ahrd ot suck so bad at 2D pictures? I just dont get it... You keep posting these menus that my 10 year old cousen does just to pass time, and yet she messes with paint shop pro 5 every few weeks... And thats serious...

Themes are fucking hard, I spent so much time on it and then realized it looked quite shitty. It acctually looks normal in the theme that's the preview and it's always messed up. I'm talking about the pixelated shit.

But you are the photoshop god, how can it be bad?
