One of the skinniest tall guys I know is something like 157 at 6'2". At 140 you're actually considered underweight by half a point. I'm more overweight than I thought I was but I have a few points before obese so go me.

:icon32: it seems like i mispoke, i was taking 500 grams to be a pound, while it is in fact 450 grams. so that would make me 153 lbs.
technically im not underweight, but i really cant lose much more.
fact is though, that I have to eat quite a lot to stay at this weight. once in a blue moon I gain a pound of 5 but it's gone again within 2 weeks.
people are always asking me how I'm not gaining any weight at all though, since I eat a lot and mostly fatty food, too. the women say they are jellus.. 'omg i wish i could eat whatever i want too!1'. its no picnic though (puN!).. its annoying to have to overeat all the time, and nowadays everything is no sugar, no fat, less than 1 calorie, and all that shit.
dammit just give me my whole yoghurt with extra peachy sugary stuff in it
but. yea. *kiss*

I'm 185 right now at just over 5'10".
Wish more of it was muscle, but I'm fairly fit.

i get the same thing. been trying, albeit not very hard, to gain a bit of weight for ages. eating 2 to 3 squares a day - but the food is all this healthy shit the missus is into and i only weigh a smidge more than i did half a year ago. need to move near a decent takeaway again. i weighed a stone more than i do now while we were up the street from a jamaican place. it's all indian around here, i like it but it's not morish enough to pig out on every day.

i do a bit of exercise every day, the little weight i have put on is just muscle.
might start smoking again so that i can quit again, i put some weight on then.

6 clean meals a day, plus protein shakes, plus training, plus adequate rest. Then you'll grow.
