One of the skinniest tall guys I know is something like 157 at 6'2". At 140 you're actually considered underweight by half a point. technically im not underweight, but i really cant lose much more.
fact is though, that I have to eat quite a lot to stay at this weight. once in a blue moon I gain a pound of 5 but it's gone again within 2 weeks.
people are always asking me how I'm not gaining any weight at all though, since I eat a lot and mostly fatty food, too. the women say they are jellus.. 'omg i wish i could eat whatever i want too!1'. its no picnic though (puN!).. its annoying to have to overeat all the time, and nowadays everything is no sugar, no fat, less than 1 calorie, and all that shit.
dammit just give me my whole yoghurt with extra peachy sugary stuff in it

You're eating too infrequently to build muscle, the body isn't getting the 'round the clock nutrition it needs for growth. Nor can you get enough protein/carbs/calories to build muscle from only three meals a day.4days wrote:how so?
