Well I maxed out the M4 challenge wise so really wanted something to take over for me. ACR is deadly accurate, hardly any spread from half way over the map. Very nice.

Just made level 50 btw.

Don't get the XP when you time out :(

Yeah, you do. I have leveled in a game and then timed out. When I check my previous game stats, it doesn't show any XP or accolades, but my level was still increased after the game.

No you get any XP gained, but you don't get the match bonus...

My "lost" secton in the Barracks is retardedly high from all the time outs and conenction errors and host migration failed bollocks :(

But yeah Donny anything you get mid game (At least I know for a fact any challenge/rank you unlock, not 100% on the smaller things) stays with you no matter what.

I think it's bullshit that any time your connection times out or the server closes suddenly counts as a loss. Fortunately they did make one minor improvement over CoD4 in that regard. If you join a game that's already in progress, you can quit the game right away without it counting as a loss provided you stay in spectate mode and don't choose a class and spawn in. This is nice if you avoid specific maps with an all-consuming hatred, like me and Wasteland.

Wasteland is awesome... If you enjoy sitting in the corner all fucking day in the underground part, or camping in the grass by the cars... What fun...

Yea, there's nothing like the choices wasteland offers: you can wander around in the open waiting to get picked off, with the occasional car or bush for cover, or you can use the channels that run to the flags, and let your enemies play duck hunt for headshots.

It is fun when you can blind lob a grenade over the hedge though, and get a kill using nothing but the radar.

Chopper gunners on Wasteland and Skidrow are a complete waste. On Highrise playing against a team of morons, however...

So I got to play on PS3 for a while... what a fucking joke. I ran into MAYBE two decent players over the course of two days. everyone else sucked shit and was easy pickings. The ps3 controller is a turd for shooter gaming compared to the 360 controller. The ONLY thing it has over the 360 controller is the sticks, they are a lot smoother, but the placement is for morons ... my thumbs would constantly clash together plus that rubber gets slick as hell after a game or two. also all the buttons are gay... this tiny fucking square button for a trigger? wtf ps3 is definitely where the noob mw2 players are at in case anyone wants to go to a friends house and raise hell on psn (also gay). the bluetooth headsets it uses manages to capture even the smallest sounds in a 50ft radius and amplify it to ungodly levels. all i could hear on the few mic's that were used was a bunch of clatterng and rustling. People were talking moderatly in the room i was playing and i could hear it echo onto other peoples mics loud and clear. it's fucking dumb

Since your riding in a constant UAV, use your team chat to tell the boys on the ground where they are so they can flush them out.... it's this whole teamwork thing.

are you playing tonight? maybe dark metal will be on too and we can party it up... past 9 or 10pm eastern i usually have two others with me, it would be a good tdm squad
