Just done my first boss fight - was fun

cranked it up to Ultra Violence when I got to Hell.. once you get the rhythm down the default difficulty becomes too easy.

I've done the campaign twice. First on UV and then on Nightmare. Nightmare became easier than UV once I learned how overpowered the plasma gun stun is. You can AoE stun barons, for fuck's sake. So easy. Granted, getting to that point in the game is a little rough. The first few levels on nightmare are abusive, but if you spec correctly, it's far easier later on.

UV has been a challenge so far...but I had missed out on a lot of collectables at the start. I will attempt nightmare once I have finished it on UV.

Might play some more multiplayer too

Why wouldn't you guys have started the game on Nightmare from the start?

Nightmare gets unlocked after the first play through (on UV?). I've been playing it on UV, not that hard with the right unlocks and some skill. Just finished the hell missions.

So far, 100% on secrets and mission unlocks. Man, there are so many unlocks and upgrades.

Nice. Here's hoping they're fixing the surround mix too; I have a feeling it's not working properly, as least on the XB1.

Yeah it's broken on PC too, just 2.1 sound coming out of every speaker.

There's a lot of subtle stuff in the game, like the Icon of Sin being part of the geometry in one of the maps.
Or actual rooms from classic maps rebuilt - not talking about the secrets but about encounter arena's, like the entirety of Dead Simple in the Titan's Realm map.

Multiplayer is growing on me... Cept for those stupid demon powerups... No FFA?...

Lack of FFA and CTF is really bugging me, although I think there are snapmap downloads for those. gl finding matches tho.
