Difference between the PSP and DS right there: The PSP has better graphics, no doubt, but the DS has the better games. You can't beat genuinely great games like Advance Wars: Dual Strike. And unlike most of the PSP games, you can actually get A TON of gaming time out of the couple best DS titles.

EDIT: I would also argue that the list of upcoming DS games is amazing. The PSP has GTA: Liberty Stories and Daxter going for it, but with the DS you have a greater selection and frankly, you just know a lot of these games are going to rock. Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, a new Super Mario Bros, Metroid Prime Hunters, Mario Kart DS, Animal Crossing DS (the later 3 are online), Age of Empires, Resident Evil DS, Dynasty Warriors DS, Viewtiful Joe, Worms, etc. etc. etc.

IMO, a lot of the Cube's top games are not really childish at all.

Resident Evil 4 , Metroid Prime , and Eternal Darkness are examples of that.

Of course, you have games like Zelda: Wind Waker and Viewtiful Joe but all of those are still critically acclaimed. I also think you can't beat the GC for a measly $99 (US).

Sure DS is out selling PSP... but what happens when it gets released in Europe that has a few million gamers...

ok, so be it... its the console i was reffering to.. i dont have anything againsthe COMPANY, who cares... i care about good games to the plattform, and so far Sony and their PS1/2 have delivered the best game experiences for me... but the best game console with the best innovative games and the "ahead of its time" attitude grand price goes to Dreamcast.

hell yeah I remember pluggin my 56k in and rocking in ut and q3 on dc. That and the vmu's where pretty cool and they had that microphone peripheral (well which was only used for seaman I thinks). Shame every guy and his mother where bootleggin the games (so easy) no wonder it died.

No juggs, I wasn't one of them.

hell yeah. DC is still my favorite if i had to choose.

aww the memories... unfortunally we in Europe only got the DC with a 28 MODEM!! so you can imagine playing Q3A with the pad, a 28 modem and on U.S servers with a 230+ ping... gawd i got owned.. like playing against duhard all the time.
I later upgraded to mouse and keyboard... started to get good.
Funny thing is... still havent seen a mouse/keyboard for Xbox/Ps2.

The vmu was awsome... showed stuff for ya so your opponent couldent see it when ya played against eachother.
And the games... Crazy taxi,soul calibur,Phantasy Star Online,jet set radio,virtua tennis (remember the jaw dropping when i played it first time), Ferrari F355 Challenge, Chu Chu Rocket, House of the Dead 2, UFC and the awsome groundbreaking Shenmue.... aww the days...

Oh yeah Shenmue... good they have the bundle dirtch cheap for Xbox nowadays. Any word when they will finish it all up with the third one?

i miss dcmap_07 (Hidden Fortress). F355 - still one of the greatest racers of all time.

Just get the dc map pack and a file showing the maps.. i think Dr.Watson helped me how to make it show in Q3A...

anyway.. that map in all its original glory is right there on my server... dont think many will beat me on it, a few...but not many.

you have to admit that dcmap 07's item layout is hugely unbalanced. fun for FFA's, but not so great for 1vs1's. this remake fixes that.

With Sony threatening to sue importers and demanding the addresses of customers who've bought an import PSP, they won't be seeing a penny of my money.

And given their "mad as a sack of badgers" attitude towards the PS3, that won't be tempting me back either.

I don't know much about the original, but I pretty much lost interest in finding out what happens at the end while I was running up the 53rd staircase in Shenmue 2.

Plus, any game which allows you to groom a small child should be heaped together in a pile and burnt. I'm looking at you, AM2.
