what would you think if you saw a bunch of plainclothes cops with a black handgun screaming and chasing you
indeed.

i think he was from brazil, although he supposedly spoke good english, i imagine after living in brazil when you see someone with a gun, you dont assume its the police, you assume its some cunt who is gonna rob/shoot you, so running is natural.

i can understand shooting him in certain circumstances, but once he was restrained then it isnt really needed to execute him. you hold his wrists/cuff him and open his coat.

when i heard that someone was shot, i thought fair enough - but whether he had a bomb or not, once i found out they had him restrained before they shot him, i thought someone should be charged with murder.

Yeah, if they thought he had a bomb under his coat, they probably weren't going to let him prove it

So the police officer who killed the guy should be handed over to that kid's family, right?

Well in Brazil there's a good chance the cops might carjack you too.

no.

it should be decided if either he committed a crime or if his superiors were ordering him to do something illegal.

not saying they were right to shoot him, but he was being chased by uniformed cops as well.

the plain-clothes were just the first to reach him. apparently, when they challenged him, he ran down onto the platform - vaulting over a turnstile.
