Though there is no doubt shit loads of good info here. Im tired and cant be bothered to read though all the posts thus far.
Im currently lossing weight (past 25lbs so far)
I like to have a rule of thumb not to loose more than 2lbs a week. Past that you're most likely going to be lossing muscle mass / water. Thats worked nicely for me.
If you loose loads of weight really quickly it'll probably come back. Just keep it steady and do a lot of cardio
