lol, I messaged you twice and you messaged me 7 times. Sounds like you're desperate for my godly voice to take you away from all the crying and screaming, diaperbreath.

I meant those who think logically most of the time, rather than thinking in say pictures or sounds. When I was studying programming I met someone who told me he had difficulty thinking in pictures, but he was very good at math and programming. So I thought maybe that was why he was so good at it, because that's how he took in and thought about the world; it's the only way he could.

Anyway, well said.
Tsakali wrote:i just meant that iq is nothing like playing an instrument. I never mentioned iq tests, and I agree with you that iq tests are something you can improve on.
What's the difference in mentioning IQ and IQ tests? I did not mean that intelligence was like being able to play an instrument, just IQ.

difference is, IQ is IQ and IQ tests may not actually be IQ tests. In other words "intelligence quotient" stands for something that they want to put a value to. Whether they are looking in the right places or their definition is incorrect, "IQ" stands for something we immediately identify with.

So IQ and IQ Tests should really be treated as completely different entities.
I was talking about IQ strictly.

What's the point, why not just call it intelligence then? I meant the IQ that can be measured. IQ (the one you get from IQ tests) is to intelligence what being able to play an instrument (technically) is to musicality is what I meant.

My oldest one 4, is able to read. He can't read a book but he's able to read small words like his name and my 2 year old surprised me last week when he read the letters on my Jeep. Kids today are clever little buggers, plus they both understand and speak french and english.

:dork: Does Tsakali have kids? Or is he referring to his parents? Either way he may be dyslexic.
