The guy was born in China. He's fucking Chinese, whether the likes the name or not. I was born in Canada, I'm fucking Canadian. Calling him a chink or a chinaman or slanty-eyed fuck might be cause for anger, etc. If someone takes offense to a perfectly logical and legitimate way of describing where they were born, they deserve to be fucking killed. I can vouch for Canadians being offended at being called American. Partially because I've heard stories of Americans abroad calling themselves Canadians because they know that we are, in generally, more widely liked, especially in Europe. It's their sneaky little way of avoiding being called a dumb cunt, etc. In all fairness though, I wouldn't blame anyone who isn't from North America for calling me American.
