Yea, I probably should have mentioned - the jumps are done in CPM. CPM comes as a part of the mod CPMA (http://promode.org/). Some features: Double- and ramp jumps, fast weapon switch, more air controle.

First you record a demo and then you play the demo with this:

http://q3mme.proboards.com/index.cgi

The quake 3 movie makers edition - allows you to directly record AVIs or also TGAs with sound saved in a wav file. I captured TGAs with 30fps and then merged sound and pictures with "virtualdub". For tutorials about commands and stuff check the link above.

Be warned, this is HDD space intensive :)

FINAL VERSIONS

VQ3-Download: http://cityy.explicits.de/uploads/maps/ ... _fixed.zip
CPM-Download: http://cityy.explicits.de/uploads/maps/ ... _final.zip

---

These are intended to be the final versions - I wont make any changes anymore (except if there are fatal issues). I got a version for VQ3, which is the one you all playtested so far, and a CPM version. The differences between the CPM and the VQ3 version are mostly item changes. In the CPM version there is a GA, a RG and a second RL included. There have aswell some items been moved and some ramps been adjusted.

Besides I fixed some clipping issues in both versions and also tried to fix the sparklies above the doorway-patches(I need feedback on this because I didn't/don't see any of them..).
In case you are fancy to play some rounds with me, I got the map on a german CPMA 1.48 server. PM me for further details :)

@^Ghost: I saw that too late but I clipped this area so you cant jump up there anymore anyway.

@Fjoggs: Ty, looking forward to your demo/video! :D

@roughrider: I seem to have failed there.. :olo:
