Nothing like a smooth and refreshing electric shave to start the day

I can’t afford to do a proper wet shave and buy special and old fashioned shit, so I just do the next best thing. Disposable wet shave, it’s basically pretending you have an expensive razor and that your shaving spray shit is actually shaving cream.

I just did it in the shower, because that way I can open up my pores and wet my face really fast. I don’t use a mirror I usually feel my face with one hand and shave with the other, then I get out of the shower and finish it off/check for missed spots. I never get cuts anymore.

Another way is to do a cold shave with disposable. It’s the same but you use cold water and it sounds kind of like scraping your face, you cut yourself once in a while but it’s a very close shave this way.

bad for your skin and can cause faster regrowth.

I've never tried electric shavers, I can see how it can be bad because of no lubrication but also it's not very close..

How does it cause faster regrowth, I don't think anything can really cause that. Cutting hair doesn't cause faster regrowth, it's a myth...

it's because of the skin irratation and the effect it has on hair follicles. (sp?)

I've been seriously contemplating trying out the old school blades, my grandfather shaves with one of those. I use a brush and cream but a Mach3 blade. Thanks for the link :icon14:
