Yea, they legislated a 3 foot rule here last year. That, btw, has got to be one of the most ridiculous ideas ever. There is no way to word the justification for something like that without using slippery phrases like "moral high ground" or "values."
And of course, being in the bible belt, they didn't have to use any rational justification anyway.
I hardly ever go to them though. I went once a couple months ago for a bachelor party, and that was the first time I'd been in a couple years... I've probably been 5 times in the last 10 years.
But half the fun was making them take the bills with their anatomy anyway. With a 3 foot rule, there's really not much point in going at all.

Montreal is supposedly the mecca of strip joints in Canada. I want to check it out.
Alberta is cool cuz you can throw loonies and toonies at the girls and try to hit them in the pussy.
I'm a bit disappointed in BC, cuz they don't allow that here.
/my experience, i'll fuck off now.

Ya, there are some big strip joints up here in Montreal. I've been to several for my birthday and what not. Pretty good times, at some locations, if you buy 6 beers you get a free table dance ahah (of course beer prices are through the roof, but if you go with some friends, its a fun deal)

Montreal is also the online porn capital of North America.

Yes.
In Kansas you can't even buy a beer on Sunday.

Here in Ohio you can only buy beer before noon on Sunday. No wine or hard alcohol without another license from the state. Of course, the state only allows a certain number of licenses. Stores have to wait for one to expire before bidding on it. Not that I really want a bottle of Jim Bean at 9 AM on a Sunday, but I have wanted to buy a bottle of wine for a party or cooking for that night.

In Texas you can only sell beer & wine on Sunday and even then not before 12 noon. Restaurants can sell liqour by the glass on Sunday after noon. Some of the restaurants say they can sell at 11 if you are eating, golf courses will sell you a 6 pack at 10 if you are making the turn and won't be by the clubhouse before 12.
It sounds archaic I know, but it is such a drastic improvement and is happening very quickly.
When I was a teenager in the 70's Texas had "blue laws" that would not allow the sale of anything but food and gas on Sundays. The grocery store would be open, but you coudn't buy any fishing tackle or motor oil, just food. I worked at a shitty department store called "Treasure City" in 1980 that got around that by closing Saturdays so they could be open Sundays and they were mobbed on Sundays.
That ended in the early 80's.
In the Dallas/Ft Worth area all the suburbs were dry, Dallas was wet. You had to go into Dallas to buy booze. A suburb (Plano) went wet as far as beer and wine goes. That was in about 84. Everyone from miles around flocked there to buy beer. It didn't change anything as far as the surrounding suburbs.
In the late 90's a mobile home park (owned by a single individual) in an unincorporated part of Rockwall county incorporated and became a town called "mobile City". The guy who owned it promptly made a deal with "Hasty Liquor" and everything has changed. While they are still the only nearby place to by liquor, all the suburbs are rapidly approving beer & wine sales as fast as they can!
It's so nice to be able to go buy groceries and beer in the same place!!
Now if only the tit bars would move out to the suburbs too

now here's a subject I actually know alot about yet I've only been to a stripclub about 3 times in my entire life.
the only way a sane human being can enjoy a stripclub is to walk in there with the full understanding of how artificial the
experience will be and that the only satisfaction they'll get is to show off the vast amount of money they're willing to spend in return for nothing...
there are 3 strippers that are staying at my place right now ( they come in from houston for the weekend just to strip)
and i can assure you right next to a broke motherfucker, their biggest turnoff is a stripclub goer.
