Congrats, saturn. Do you have to deal with student loans for med school in Europe, and if so, are they crippling?
wtf are you specialising in, actually?Geebs wrote:2 1/2 and counting.....and still a bit short on cars and babessaturn wrote:maybe in 10 years:D:(
We got some money from the government, not even enough to pay the rent. I've worked during my study, my parents paid books and the college-fee we have to pay every year. But the last two years were pretty much on a loanbasis, since I didn't have time to have a job aside the internship. We have a bank here at the faculty that loves medical students and give them big credit with low interest.werldhed wrote:Congrats, saturn. What does her hair have to do with your murderous rampage?saturn wrote:We have an Irish female anesthesiologist here, Ealish or something. Nice purdy red hair and no Irish accent at all, she's quite smart :icon28:blood.angel wrote:Ill give him a month before he kills his first patient.
I've not been able to get myself a training post for the last year, so I'm working as a middle grade in A&E and just doing the MRCP (membership of college of surgeons) exams off my own bat. The UK medical job market is a bit of a jungle in England, and it's ten times worse in London. They're trying to actually work out a sensible system to get everyone in rotations, but it's still not in place yet. Bugger it.saturn wrote:wtf are you specialising in, actually?Geebs wrote:2 1/2 and counting.....and still a bit short on cars and babessaturn wrote:maybe in 10 years:D:(
