after work each day i used to go past a KFC and get a twister and a bottle of water. I did this about 4 times a week, instead of lunch (id finish at 2pm) and then at about 8pm id have a reasonably healthy meal of some sort. I was in perfect shape.

Before the IFBB Pro GP in Melbourne there is a few lead up events for the naturals, I have yet to pick a specific comp, but I will try my best to enter a couple and hopefully keep my form for a week or two. But I highly doubt I need to worry too much about that, I just want to enter for the hell of it.

easy tiger, I wasn't implying anything just haven't come across anyone eating so many cals and staying in shape, which is why I assume the cardio keeps the flab off.
