That's pretty cheap. The lowest you can get for a house where I am is 500k.

I'm still amazed at housing costs around the country. We bought our 2400 sq ft house for 198k 5 years ago.

not here...we never had a spike so its all good...we next door neighbor just sold his house 'by owner' in 2 days...no advertising...just a sign in the yard...jellus?...100% equity when we sell mutherfuckers...

Two days with no advertising huh? He obviously sold it too cheap therefore lessening the market value of every property in the street, especially the neighbour.
