Weird thing about Polarium's price is that some stores have it for €40 here (which is the normal GBA and DS game price) while others have it for €28.

I still play Metroid Prime Echos and NFSU2 on the GC at home, there really aren't enough titles for it are there. :(
There's a huge catalogue of awesome games for the GC. I don't know what makes you think there's few good GC games. Just a short list of (mostly GC exclusives) for ideas:

- Resident Evil 0, 1, 4 and Code Veronica X
- Metroid Prime
- Metroid Prime 2 Echoes
- Viewtiful Joe
- Paper Mario - The Thousand Year door
- 1080: Avalanche
- Eternal Darkness
- Serious Sam: The Next Encounter
- Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
- Mario Kart: Double Dash
- Super Smash Bros: Melee
- F-Zero GX
- Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker
- Mario Sunshine

And then there's a whole load of multiplatform titles that's available on GameCube as well
I like fun multiplayer games that I can enjoy playing and that others can play with me. I'm not trying to brag but in my group of friends i'm so good at videogames people usualy never bother to play me so I have to find games that are so simple a dumb blond could play them sometimes. It's tough to find good simple games though.

Most of the games you mentioned I'm aware of and except for Metroid aren't worth my time although I might give Eternal Darkness a try. I'm stuck on a boss right now on echoes and it's pissing me off I haven't played it in like a couple months now. (the one that turns into a morph ball, I think he's guarding the speed boost when in morph ball mode)

Oh that's right you play 2 players on one team don't you? Yeah that'd be neat :) Too bad most of em don't like racing games though... I'm too fast for em :p

If you're looking for SIMPLE multiplayer games the GameCube is THE system you want.

Hell, the easiest multiplayer games ever are games like Mario Kart, Super Monkey Ball and Mario Party.
