Not much pacing there, it looked like he was going for 10 in under 20 minutes.
I thought he was going to hurl, but I guess he just couldn't make it long enough to do that.

I'm of the opinion that the music is what did that man in.

i've seen some pretty crazy beers here. there was one called head of the dog or something like that and it came in the largest bear bottle i've ever seen--it was pinata size almost. the alc % by vol was really high too but i cant remember what is was for the love of me.
we have very good beer in our neighborhood.
full sail
rouge
pyrimid
la conner
skagit valley
redhook

I drink yellow beer. I should really broaden my horizon when it comes to beer, I'm just to lazy.

Is 7-12% beer like 3.5-6% (vol) beer in Europe?

Nope. I know that vodka is like 80 proof in the US or something, but is only 40% vol in Europe. You guys measure by mass or something.

Proof and percentage is different.
Most vodka in the US is 80 proof, but you divide by two to get the percentage. So yeah, it's 80 proof, but also 40%.

Ordinary beer is most of the time 3.5-6%, but Belgian beer is often much stronger.
