I'd hit her with a 2x4. Shes ugly, uninteresting, and every time i see her i want to kill her. I watched episode 8 and the whole time i was just hoping Sayid would just break free and kill her... To bad he just walked away...

I just find the other characters more interesting.

Who else thinks its a new world for people to live in because the Earths natural megnetic shield has gone kaput and they have all been chosen to live on this island and populate once again, because its protected by its own magentic shield?

Then again, what the fuck isthe "arrow" for the other hatch about? The symbol for the one hatch was a snake i think, the one they live in, but the other was an arrow... Why an arrow...?

Check the imdb lost forums, this was explained there. Lots of people seem to take the show pretty seriously.... theres like a post every 10 seconds there.

I love Lost, but I hate how they hardely never talk about what happend in the previous episode. Like the one with the Others telling them it's their island and all and the next episode is about Charlie's past. That's always a dissapointment, cuz you tend to anticipate that they gonna elaborate a bit more about what happend before, but they never do.

They gonna wait another 10 episodes to elaborate more on the monster and even longer about those signs I guess.

Next weeks episode looks pretty nice tho, but I'm just guessing it's gonna be a small part of the story and they gonna flashback some more on some other char.

They take her character's toughness way too far. Just like Sawyer, imo, they beat you over the fucking head with it.

She doesn't even seem tough to me. Just traumatized to the point of extreme paranoia.

I understand exactly why you say that, and it would make sense if they wrote her that way, they just don't. I see a hint of it every now and then, but no more.
