lol, my boss has one of those - I tried plugging it into my brand new PC with a fresh windows install a couple of days ago, and windows just said "Hardware failure. Drivers could not be installed." The I tried with my MX510, and it worked instantly. lol, what a piece of MS shit

They were acquired by Logitech about a year (or maybe two) ago and production didn't start up again until quite recently.
