when i got cod4 for pc i never played the 360 version again until last week.

GGz, Fury. That last Echo stage was awesome. A full Striker clip to the face and the juggernauts still kept coming. :olo:

Guys, that javelin glitch will probably be the first thing patched for the game. Apparently if you have a javelin out and lock onto something, then cook a semtex grenade, then switch back to the javelin, you'll asplode when you die. Provided you don't fire a weapon at anything. I've yet to take advantage of it. I'd rather kill a few people before dieing instead of take out one enemy for every time I blow myself up.

Boosting?

edit: Nevermind, I Googled it. What a waste. Prestige gets you nothing special and people will get to 70 eventually. Some people care about this game way too much.

all you gotta do is pull out your javelin so its ready to fire (no lock on needed) and then pull out for semtex nade, then hit Y to return to your javelin without throwing the nade. you can knife and sprint, just dont climb over any walls or you'll have to repull the semtex.

fourzerotwo retweeted an IW dev saying they're rushing the patch thru to MS.

andyman and Transient have the same reg date, just 4 yrs apart. bros?

I'm in no hurry to see a patch.

It's kind of funny to see spastics running around a map at breakneck speeds only to explode when they back someone into a corner and get shot. I love it when my teammates bitch about the glitch, like complaining's going to make any difference. :smirk:

Oh, and I would never impart the horror that is Q3W upon my brother.

I give them fair warning... in the lobby i'll say 'PREPARE TO BE NUB TUBD TO DEATH AND BACK" lol

the 4 203 rounds usually gets their 4 kills for a care package, then 1 more for a pred, then if i can get to the emergency air drop.... better watch out, especially if it gets a pavelow

over 280 explosive kills with danger close tonight... nuts

MS said they'd dish out temporariy bans on Live accounts that used the Javelin glitch. IW also said they're going to fix it in an upcoming patch.

edit:
apparantly the PC is already patched

That's bullshit, MS shouldn't be able to ban people because of something IW fucked up.

not really

edit:
the idea has potential, the execution is severely flawed.

My left analogue is borked. At a certain minute angle when pressing up, it will not register as being fully pressed up, so any game that uses actual analogue input for movement I'm running along and then suddenly drop to a crawl. It's bloody irritating :E
I don't have this problem, but I find Call of Duty's click-stick-run mechanic to be horrible.

Hah! It's a blessing compared to Battlefield: Bad Company's run. You have to hold the left stick in to run. Try sprinting while dodging enemies and trying to strafe. Whoever came up with that idea needs to be kicked in the cunt, because that fucking hurt my hand to do.

Man, I started playing MW1 on the PC again, jesus goat-raping christ it's easier. Doesn't take me half a fucking clip to drop someone with the M4, turning is so much faster, etc. I don't know for sure, but I'm starting to think that the 360 version can hug nuts.
