He went to brake and I made a few adjustments and marked parts that were good to see if he would spot the bad..

he adjusted the x instead of the y and crashed the head into a part and froze the spindel...

New hire full timer instructed him to get me but he didnt.

SO he spent the next 3 hours tring to find the program for that cnc.

Many edits later and he had it running...

Four oclock ran up, no production of these parts and a flusterd kid latter, I told him not to come back.
