troo. i like the one with the girl. might want to crop it tighter to get rid of the dark pink shirt, but overall it looks great. I'm also wondering why there is an orange traffic cone in the building shot

jesus that's amazing. it almost looks like cgi... the lighting is so good.
maybe it is cgi?
i'm not sure about this one, but aren't most of the pictures in this thread digitally edited? whats included in the definition of cgi anyway?
anyway, hope i'm not in anyway taking away from your picture dave. its really a pretty badass pic.

well cgi would be computer generated imagery. touching up a photo therefore is not cgi.

So Dave, have you made this photography thing your job yet?
Because it would seem you're fucking good at it.

troo
now why is there a traffic cone in that building? it vexes me greatly. It's those little uncertainities in that pic that make it wunderbar.

TY sir. It requires time I really don't have at the moment. I also lack experience, which I plan on using my weekends this fall fixing. I'm trying to break into some local sporting events... I just can't get the damn university atheltic department to return my email. It might be time to call some favors

ZEISS BIOGON T* f/2 35mm ZM
The cone's a reflection from the street corner on the other side.

I don't think most are altered. None of mine are, except the panoramics, of course.
At most, some people do the sharpen/unsharpen or hue/color/brightness levels, but that's nothing you can't do in a standard darkroom.
The art of photography is more in composing the shot than it is about how bright your colors are.
