I did run into one of my students downtown in that disguise once. I could hear her tell her friend as I walked away "that's my science teacher" and the girl say "omg no way" as if it was a-fuckingmazing that a teacher would be outside of the school. Kids tend to believe that we go into some storage closet at the school when the day ends and shut down, then start back up at the start of the day. A kid might see me at the store, and they will almost always say "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!??" with the 'OMFG YOU HAVE TO SHOP?' tone in their voice.

As for voices that don't match, the ones I notice the most are when I hear bodybuilders interviewed - some huge brother whose yoked up to 300 lbs in the off-season opens his mouth and it sounds like a 12 year old girl.
