The items listed are perceptions of islam, it in no way states that islam is all any of the things listed.

wtf, are you blind or something? During the Iraq war almost daily there was at least one newspaper here in Holland alone carrying a cartoon where the US is ridiculed.

lol. there has been movies, cartoons, books of every evil act(well most)commited by the western world. we have no problems whatsoever ridiculing ourselfs to the extreme. maybe it's because were not afraid to take a look deep down inside.

"westerners" put up with this kind of bullshit for hundreds of years from the christians. people being killed for questioning others truths. why the fuck would we put up with it again from islam?

i think you overstate the amount of self-criticism indulged in within western culture. we like to congratulate ourselves on our allegedly unique ability to be self-critical but from the outside (i.e. the perspective of our victims) this just looks like a complete joke
