Any predictions on the games of tonight and tomorrow? Here's mine:

France - Germany: out of these four this is the match to watch for sure, should be all kinds of fun. I'm thinking France will win it seeing as ze Germans are apparantly having a flu thing going on or something. Then again, it's the Germans... and as the old saying goes; football is a game that lasts for ninety minutes and then the Germans win.

Brazil - Colombia: I'm really hoping Columbia will kick Brazil out of the tourny with their attacking play. Brazil hasn't been convincing at all yet and i for one won't shed a tear when they're gone. Then again, a game against Brazil... in Brazil... gonna be tough.

Argentina - Belgium: Could go either way, depending on Messi getting his thing on or not. But i'm rooting for Belgium of course!

Holland - Costa Rica: I'm thinking CR will go in complete defense mode, so a meagre victory for Holland. Because you can't stop Robben and van Persie for over 90 minutes, you just can't. Will be a dry, tactical affair that won't bring much viewing pleasure i fear.

Normally I'd say Germany is the top dog, but with them missing 7 players, who knows.

As for Brazil, you're right, Colombia does stand a real chance of winning that one.

Argentina will win against Belgium, I have little doubt about that. Messi will finish things off.

I agree with Holland - Costa Rica, but a match where the Dutch win is always a viewing pleasure :)

What a shitty ref at Bra-Col.
Colombian offense is a mess as well.
Penalty for Col now though

I concur. Pissed me off...

Brazil was the better team throughout the match though, first time this world cup they actually looked like a team that could win the thing.

Germany - France was a lot duller than i expected :(
