then it would be your browser. set it to verify cached page content on every page visit (in IE options->Temp Internet files->Settings). sounds like its caching old shit

Thanks for your concern, and I know it sounds silly, but I'm not having this problem anywhere else it seems.

I'm using Firefox btw.
