Its obviously gonna be bought for me, too.

But the thing is, if they do the same shit that they did with doom 3, i WILL download it and buy it later.

Making UKers wait a week/2 just to get the exact same copy of the game is retarded. When Doom 3 came out in the US, i downloaded it, completed it, and then bought it ayways when it came out over here. Same with D3:ROE. I still support the devs, but i get it my way, not some shitty waiting game.

If its released early, i'll be the same. I figure its a perfect way to get the SP portion out of the way, then concentrate 100% on the MP side.

When I think of all the hours i've put into Q3, £30 seems like absolutely nothing. If Q4 demands only 50% of that time, it'll still be worth the cash.

I think I clocked 60 hours on the first completion, and 110 on the second for FF7. And yeah, its one of the best SP games ever. For the PC, Deus Ex is the best though. Not many games make an impact on me like that did.

I got it out of my system early though. I don't think I could spend that long on a single player game anymore. Damn, it took me about a month to complete far cry as I got bored after 30 minutes playing it.

Yeah, i cant sit through games all the way these days. Most devs jsut rush through the game giving it minimal content just to have fancy shadows, or fancy effects.

Thats what i loved about FF7, there so so much to do, but it wasn't about graphics. Look at it, lol. I remember the closk in the corner getting stuck at the max, was it 99:59:59? Or 59:99:99? Either way, i spent over 100 hours on the thing, probably the most ever on a single palyer game.

he's right though.

Deus Ex simply is the best singleplayer game for the PC.

Btw: i love that they just called it DX2 for the illiterate yanks.
