i'm not sure if it will display a 40ms ping, it will sure feel like it though

i beleve so, put cl_time and press tab.. if it populates, you are good to go.

It's a server on his home machine, so it's usually down. q3w.clanservers.net is always up.

it has been up for the past few hours and still is up now, ggs , brisk, reef, soap and whoever else.

yea, unfortunally i dont have a second pc so i could host a real dedicated server.
Im building a new one soon and then i prolly will have a Q4 dedicated server on all the time.
Might upgrade my broadband to 10/10 aswell...
