I'm using this method: I take Lipitor for genetically high cholesterol and I'm pretty thin naturally, so why not eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's? :paranoid:

She must have been to lying-clothes.com. That's the only explanation for "I am perfect" being in Extra-Extra-Large.

Hmmm, she'd look like Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters if she did that.

I actually have to some degree, but ice cream is my weakness. For the most part I just read food labels and make sure the cholesterol is 0 and the saturated fat is low.... But chocolate ice cream w/ peant butter chunks is my kryptonite....

My chol. went from 301 to 176, though. :icon25:

True, it makes me laugh my ass off, when I go to any resturant and see an "above average" size person order half the menu, then ask for a large diet coke, and they look content with themselves

that's cool. i'm just against meds if you can change your lifestyle to combat any deficiencies.

Calories, fat, etc.

Lipitor is supposed to be used in conjunction with diet and exercise (but I am sure it always isn't...). From what I see, almost every cholesterol medication advertisement begins with "when diet and exercise aren't enough..."

I watched a lady order a bacon burger, a large fry, and a diet coke, and then berate the cashier to make sure that they only lightly salted her fries.
