my old shepherd is about to be put down, blind bastard can't even walk across the backyard anymore it seems. Going blind (actually I believe he already is) and arthritis is eating him up. Both common in his type, from what I understand.

He lost it a long time ago. There's still a couple hangers on that still think he's cool, but they're dwindling.

I love me some rotties!!! My sister has one that I mushed all over this weekend.... Such sweethearts...I've never know a bad rotty...it seems like they have an undeservedly bad reputation. I guess it's just how they're raised....losCHUNK wrote:
