Eating too many eggs can cause a highly acidifying and putrefactive excess of protein

I used to have a coffee and a smoke, but I've stopped drinking coffee so instead I had a glass of milk, then I discoved (post-injestion) that the milk was two days old. I felt sick while walking to school, so I lit up my cigarette and felt worse, so I only had half of it. I arrived in class only to be told that due to tax rises, cigarettes are up by THIRTY CENTS and alcohol is more expensive too.

I quit smoking cigarettes 6 months ago, cold turkey. People ask me "how do you do it?" and I simply tell them..."I'm not a weak-minded simpleton like you". *shrug*

I started working out to relieve stress instead of lighting up. It's a more productive way to unwind and let go of the stresses from work.

Also, I started smoking at 16 and just stopped and I'm 29 so that means I've been smoking pretty much 13 years.
