the difference is Australia does it without lawsuits, claims, bullshit like that. Some people who were on the rating's board saw a problem with the rating, so they fixed it. None of this class-action bullshit.

couldn't they have just reclassified it instead of denying it a classsification altogether - or are they sending a message to other game producers not to make the same silly mistakes as rockstar?

I was under the impression that Australia had no games rating higher than 15, so any adult games just got banned out of hand.

So, then, why don't they have a national firewall for all adult related sites? Is there a thriving porn industry in Australia? Seems like a bit of selective targeting of one industry.
