It is flat out amazing what good stuff will do for you in a short amount of time. But I always said - doesn't make it easy, makes it possible.
Lots of folksthink you can juice up and then barely work out and make great gains. To get the most out of them, you've got to bust your balls even harder.

Yeah exactly. If it was as easy as people think, everyone would be walking around looking like a monster. It might give me a bit more strength/intensity in the gym, but it isn't motivating me to eat twice as much, drink twice as much, go to bed early, avoid any shit foods, avoid alchohol, make sure I don't lose my temper, do cardio, drink disgusting tasting milk thistle, all of that has to from me.
After 4 injections, the only thing I've really noticed is how good I feel confidence wise, and how smooth the weights go up in the gym. The water I'm retaining is making my joints glide. But nothing actually feels easier, because all my weights have gone up by 20 30% or whatever.

I remember, way back in the day, when I'd be with my good friend as he was selling gear to some fat bastards. They didn't know shit, so he'd sell them the just the weak stuff (maybe sten) and tell them nothing about good cycles and stacks because he knew it would be a waste of time since they wouldn't train and diet correctly. All they wanted to do was put some bulk on their upper bodies - thinking that being big and fat and carrying a ton of water was something to be proud of.
Dumbshits always came back for more too. Never really bothered to ask my friend "Hey, how come you are 5'9", 250 lbs, and vascular as hell, while we are soft bags of shit?" They just kept on doing their thing. Oh well, whatever makes them happy.
