Yeah it's back up now.
in the cool guy so called artish region theres a sceegie peeps(cool fashion kids) that bum-rush your vehickle to sceegie your windscreen. with piss?
ive payed em to not wash mine :P
tho i havent seen any of that in years.
but now in mega shopping areas in suburbia, we get these guys that stand on a center mediun at red lights with "give me cash " signs.
it sucks if youre first in line at the light
