The point is, you llamas are missing out a lot...marijuana is not evil, it's just like alcohol. There are some drunkards sleeping on the streets that have alcohol problems but it doesn't mean u have one just because u drink too.

I usually smoke a joint before going to bed when I'm working during the day and if I have a day off I usually smoke it up big time and enjoy the ride.

There is a time and place for everything and all the nerds who think that smoking weed is evil, well get a life and try it once in a while...just to realize how stoopid non smokers are..

basically your problem is that you look at this in black and white. your friend had a lot of shit going on im sure that influenced this decision, and every decision he makes. Dont judge people so much.

When did I judge him? I was just stating his story, as Jackal was using an anecdotal argument; i.e. I was actually pointing out that Jackal's case is pretty weak. Heh, more stoner paranoia.....

You used your experience and feelings about weed to try to "understand" that person. Thats a judgement. All the choices that guy makes are all his own choices.

I'm having trouble with explaining this, but I think you're just looking at this in black and white terms. Think about it like this, a person who smokes weed all day long probably has an obsession with weed. Also they must be pretty apathetic or inactive because smoking weed all day isnt very stimulating especially if you have the tolerance of a pot head. These kind of things are why your friend dropped out of school, in my opinion.
