Arizona, Pete. Plenty of houses for sale, although the market prices are up almost 35% over last year. my house (just over 2 years old) got a very nice appraisal recently. i might sell and get into another before it's too late.
not close to the beach unfortunately, which is the ONLY thing i don't like about AZ. Sunny and warm San Diego is just over 5 hours by car, not too bad.

Hot as hell, just spent 6 hrs out in the sun at a softball tournament. I'm fried crispy well done.

Sunny and warm, spent a couple hours surfing at the beach, it's supposed to be even hotter tomorrow, going back to the beach tomorrow.

it's opening weekend for walleye/pickerel(fish) here and the weather fucking sucks.11c+rain doesnt make for a good time on the lakes. supposed to be 20c and sunnny monday, so hopefully i'll be able to get out and catch some fish.(and a buzz)
